Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I am a writer, reporter and editor living in Brooklyn by way of the Czech Republic.
I received my M.A. from The Gallatin School of Individualized Study at NYU with a concentration in "Modern Society and the Phenomenon of Celebrity." Shortly after graduating, I landed a gig at Maxim Magazine. I was there for five years before making the leap to Senior Editor and then Executive Editor at OK! Magazine. Throughout my career, my work has lead me to interview everyone from moonwalker Buzz Aldrin to supermodel Behati Prinsloo and cover topics such as sex parties, wealthy animals, UFO-hunting and sandwich-making. I've created digital content for Complex, Thrillist and Men's Fitness and contributed to international editions of In Style and Marie Claire.
I am passionate about true crime podcasts, Eastern European kitsch, '90s street style and inspiring (and unconventional) human interest stories.
